4 tbsp butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 lb marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups rice krispies
Melt butter, add marshmallows and vanilla, and stir until completely melted. Cook over low heat 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir cereal into marshmallow mixture until well-coated. Using a sprayed spatula, press mixture evenly into a sprayed 8” x 8” glass baking dish. Cool before cutting.
